Every Week

Every Week 52

Where do I start? I had the amazing opportunity to fly to Hawaii to help my good friend Ben surprise his girlfriend and propose! Twelve hours of flying and only two days in Maui was way worth it. Lauren's family was celebrating Christmas in Hawaii this year and Lauren didn't know Ben was even coming. I met Ben at the airport in Maui and after we made our way to the west side, we set up on Black Rock Beach and waited for her family to walk down the beach. She had no idea it was coming!  It was an amazing moment to capture. The next morning we went to Ironwood Beach to take some more pictures. I love both of these humans so much and I can't wait to see where God takes their relationship.

Couldn't have asked for a better ending to this year-long project. Thank you to everyone who followed along. Hope y'all enjoyed it as much as I have!

After I graduate from Baylor University with a degree in Communication Specialist this May, I will be heading up to Alaska to be the photographer and videographer for an adventure lodge called The General Lodge (click here to go to the website). I am beyond excited about this opportunity and the experiences it will bring.

Every Week 51

This week is special because it's my sister! Laura Dodd is pretty awesome and she has a cool job too. Currently hanging out with her in Seattle where she's based as a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines. Laura's the closest sibling to me in age so needless to say we have always been pretty close. She's basically always smiling and is super joyful. Enjoy these photos 'cause there's only one week left! What?!

Every Week 50

I had the pleasure of getting to know Hannah Harris this semester as we worked together as interns. So after I finished with all my finals I asked Hannah if she wanted to go on an adventure, she agreed and we started driving. We found this sweet spot about 20 minutes outside of Waco and started taking pictures. It was a blast! We listened to music and even stopped by West to grab some kolaches at Czech Stop. All in all, it was a great time.

Every Week 49

A few years ago, one of my friends who had graduated Baylor told me that I should take Swahili. I thought it sounded interesting and possibly even fun! It definitely is interesting but it was only made fun when I met these three. Adolynn, Delanie, and Mackenzie are all solid humans. They're basically always laughing and almost always smiling. Thankful for these girls and can't wait to see where Swahili takes them after college. ;)

Every Week 48

Luke and Kelsey are in my mi casa (UBC's version of a life group) and I have loved getting to know them over the past couple of years. I'm so thankful for their constant encouragement and positive voices in my life. I truly look forward to continuing our friendship throughout the years even if they do move to Europe. Oh! And did I mention that Kelsey is 37 weeks pregnant and still looks awesome! Love y'all!
