Where do I start? I had the amazing opportunity to fly to Hawaii to help my good friend Ben surprise his girlfriend and propose! Twelve hours of flying and only two days in Maui was way worth it. Lauren's family was celebrating Christmas in Hawaii this year and Lauren didn't know Ben was even coming. I met Ben at the airport in Maui and after we made our way to the west side, we set up on Black Rock Beach and waited for her family to walk down the beach. She had no idea it was coming! It was an amazing moment to capture. The next morning we went to Ironwood Beach to take some more pictures. I love both of these humans so much and I can't wait to see where God takes their relationship.

After I graduate from Baylor University with a degree in Communication Specialist this May, I will be heading up to Alaska to be the photographer and videographer for an adventure lodge called The General Lodge (click here to go to the website).
